Jennifer Westmoreland Takes Her Customers To The Next Level - Continued
Jennifer Westmoreland has joined Watkinsville’s RE/MAX Top Performers, a team of 20 agents led by broker Bruce Azevedo.
Westmoreland, who has been a RE/MAX agent in the Athens area since 1996, said, “I’m taking my business to the next level. The 2009 President of the Athens Area Association of REALTORS, Westmoreland says it is important that she keep her business on the cutting edge, taking advantage of the latest technologies, particularly in the current uncertain economic climate.
“This economy is complex and I believe in offering my clients clear choices in responding to the current market,” Westmoreland said. “My response to the economic challenges we all are facing is active rather than passive.
“I believe in the mission and vision of RE/MAX Top Performers, and the company’s priorities are in line with my own,” she said. “I believe this move will provide great opportunities for the buyers and sellers I represent.

Westmoreland says she has seen the real estate market successfully weather significant financial downturns in her career.
“I do not dismiss the current downturn nor the obvious and apparent impact it is having on today’s market, but my long‐term outlook remains positive and forward‐thinking,” she said.
Originally licensed in 1994, she received her Associate Broker’s license in 2007. She specializes in residential real estate in Athens as well as new construction and land sales.
Westmoreland is an active member of the AAAR Multiple Listing Service, Georgia MLS, the Georgia Association of REALTORS serving as GAR Director and Chair of the MLS Committee, and the National Association of REALTORS. She serves as an officer and committee member on the local and state level.
Westmoreland is also an active life member of the Million Dollar Club and holds her GRI designation. In addition, she is a member of the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce and the Oconee Chamber of Commerce.
